CONDITIONS
- Children are welcome, just let us know your needs.
- For the comfort of our guests, smoking is allowed only in patios and terraces.
- Check in: 2pm. If your room becomes available
before 2 pm, we will be happy to give you the room.
- Check out: Noon
- Rates subject to change without notice.
- The price includes breakfast and 18% tax. No refunds for breakfast not partaken.
- We must be notified of your arrival time in order to be sure we are at the B&B to
welcome you. We cannot guarentee our presence at the B&B if arrival time is not given.
RESERVATION and CANCELLATION POLICY
- We accept phone reservations
from 9 am to 5 pm (Central Standard Time) Monday
- Saturday.
- Minimum 3 nights stay.
- A valid Visa, Master Card, Diners or Discover card
is required to secure your reservation.
- The reason for cancellation is solely an issue for the booking party. Casa de las
Bugambilias B&B cannot be held liable for any circumstances, which do not
allow for arrival and use of provided accommodations.
- You may cancel your reservation 20 days prior before
scheduled arrival date. There will be a $50 USD charge per room for all cancellations.
- No cancellation
refund is possible during Day of The Dead Oct 30 - Nov 3, Christmas and New Years Dec 21 - Jan 4,
Easter and Guelaguetza Jul 16 - Jul 28.
- If the reservation has been canceled less than 20 days before scheduled arrival, your
card will be charged 30% of the total room bill.
- If a no-show occurs your credit card will be charged the full amount of the reserved bill.
- Payment is for the original length of the reservation. If any reservation changes occur, i.e.
arriving later or leaving earlier than booked for(shortened days), there will be no refund of credit issued.

cash or credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, Discover
