Policies

Reservations and Cancellations Policy:


  1. Minimum 2 nights stay. .
  2. One night deposit is required to secure your reservation.
  3. You may cancel your reservation 20 days prior before your scheduled arrival date. There will be a $50 USD charge per room to your deposit.
  4. No cancellation refund is possible during the seasons of Day of The Dead, Christmas, New Years, Easter and Guelaguetza.
  5. For final payment, we accept PayPal, cash in US dollars or pesos, VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, Discover.
  6. There is a 10% discount with full payment in cash.
  7. Rates quoted are per room and include all taxes and breakfast.
  8. Rates quoted are in US dollars.
  9. CHECK-IN: 2 p.m. If your room becomes available before, we will be happy to give you the room.
  10. CHECK-OUT: Noon.
  11. EXTRA PERSON: $10 USD.
  12. No smoking allowed in the rooms, only at the courtyard and terrace.
  13. Children are welcome. Please send an inquiry as some restrictions may apply.
  14. If your reservation is at Casa de los Milagros or El Secreto kindly send Las Bugambilias information about your arrival time and any changes in your arrival, since there is not always somebody at those houses. We want to be sure someone will be there to welcome you upon arrival.
