This room has always been considered the main room of the B & B as it originally belonged to the parents of the Cabrera-Arroyo family. The room is located on the ground floor in the rear of the home and its large windows flood it with natural light. It is decorated tastefully with popular art, Oaxacan textiles, and antique furniture including a desk and armoire. There is direct access to an outdoor patio, shaded by vines and flowers. The room includes a large private bathroom, a lock box for valuables, a ceiling fan, and a king-sized bed that can be converted into two twin-sized beds if desired.

Esta habitación siempre se ha considerado la principal del B&B porque perteneció a los padres de la familia Cabrera-Arroyo. Se encuentra en la planta baja, cerca de la parte posterior de la casa y tiene ventanas grandes que dejan entrar mucha luz natural. Está decorada con arte popular, textiles oaxaqueños, y muebles antiguos como un escritorio y armario. Tiene acceso directo al patio trasero, sombreado por enredaderas y flores. La habitación incluye un baño grande privado, una caja de seguridad, un ventilador, y una cama king size que puede ser convertida a dos camas individuales.
